The secret to my weight loss success is The Diet Solution program authored by Isabel de los Rios, a health and fitness expert. She came from a family of diabetics and obese women which led Isabel to find a permanent answer to her life-long concern – she wants to live to the fullest! I share the same sentiment. Thinking of how to get thin would be the right answer right? But no, it’s not, it is how to have a healthy living, how to get thin is only a part of the whole ordeal.
The food that we eat speaks more about our self, about the real you – true! So when someone says that “Hey! You can’t eat that, you’ll get fat!”, my advise- don’t listen to them! Listen to your body, your body know what’s good for you, BUT you have to take everything in to moderation. Too much sweet, salty food, sour food or anything too much is not good for your health, moderation is the key. Learn the facts about what calorie intake you’re suppose to be having that fits your lifestyle. Basically the road on how to get thin is excruciating and requires serious discipline. You’ll have to drop your vices if you have one, since we’re talking about healthy living here, you can’t call it healthy living if you are puffing cigarette sticks and gulping on alcohol every time.
There are 3 steps discussed in The Diet Solution, these are: 1) Determine your metabolism type. 2) Create your personal meal plan and 3) Choose the best foods. We have to take in to consideration that not all of us has the same metabolism, some of us have slower or faster metabolism. Planning a balanced food meal is fun and more fulfilling if you stick to it. How to get thin quickly will also vary with the choice of food that you will eat, in as much as possible again you must take everything in to moderation.
Get to know your food, learn how many calories are there in a particular food and list them so that you’ll be in line with the required calorie intake that you should have, but of course this isn’t possible when you are dining out, so my advise stick to the greens. You can eat a portion of meat, a portion of dairy, a portion of sweets, but do not overeat. Do not convince yourself that okay this is my life I’ll do it my way, remember your goal- how to get thin! Stay motivated and never cheat on your self.
